The day begins at Kohler Eck with a good café, a large or small breakfast with homemade spelt rolls, ham, salami, cheese, various spreads, from vegetarian to vegan and also egg.... 
- At lunch, meatless dishes such as Kässpätzle, celery schnitzel, vegetable lentils or Thai curry are served. Everything is freshly cooked with regional ingredients whenever possible.
